4. How many times can the mileage of each e-bike be used to redeem a coupon?
The mileage of each e-bike can only be used to redeem a discount coupon once.

Coupons will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis and sent to the provided email within 3 business days after approval.
6. How can the vouchers be used?
The accessory discount vouchers can be used for all accessories, while the eBike discount vouchers are valid for all eBikes.
7. How long does delivery take?
Typically, eBike orders are delivered within 3-7 business days, while accessories take 10-15 business days to arrive.
