Q:How long will it take for delivery?
A:Generally, after receiving an order, we will process it within 1-2 business days. Once an electric bike is shipped, it is expected to be delivered within 3-7 business days. The delivery time for accessory orders is estimated to be 14-20 business days.
PS:(July to September is the peak season for logistics, and deliveries may be delayed by 1-3 business days).
Q:Do l need to pay customs duties?
A:The displayed price includes taxes and shipping fees, so you do not need to pay any additional charges.
Q:Is it possible to provide an invoice?
A:Yes, if you need an invoice, we can provide one for you. Please contact the following email for assistance: Laura@onesportglobal.com.
Q:How do l pay for my orders?
A:You can pay through PayPal and all major credit and debit cards, such as MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. We also support Klarna installment payments. Before making a payment, please ensure your card has sufficient credit or funds, otherwise, the payment may fail.
Q:Can l amend and cancel my order?
A:You can contact our customer service to modify your order before we ship it. Once it has been shipped, you will not be able to make any changes. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. If you cancel within 12 hours but after the initial 2 hours, you will need to pay a 50-euro processing fee as the order will have already been processed. If you cancel after 12 hours, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling fees.
Q:How will l know if my order is confirmed?
A:After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us to confirm that we have received your order. Please note that the order will only be shipped once your credit card payment has been approved and the billing and shipping addresses have been verified.
Q:How can l check if it can be shipped to my city?
A:Due to restrictions from the logistics company, we are currently unable to deliver to some remote areas. You can learn more on our Shipping Policy page.
Q:Can l ride an electric bike in the rain?
A:Yes, most OneSport electric bikes are designed to withstand light rain and damp conditions. However, it's important to check the guidelines regarding waterproofing and maintenance. While it is not recommended to ride in heavy rain or through deep water, light rain or damp conditions should not pose a problem for properly sealed electric bike components.
Q:Does OneSport sell accessories or replacement parts?
A:Yes.Check out our Parts & Accessories page to see what’s available. These products cannot be preinstalled on a bike prior to shipment. They will be shipped in their own respective packages. If the part you need is not listed on our website, contact us.
Q:Why does my electric bike's range differ from the advertised mileage?
A:There are many factors that affect the range of an electric bike. Different riding conditions, riding modes, riding habits, load, and battery condition can all cause variations in the range. The mileage we provide is a relatively broad estimate, and the actual range will vary based on specific circumstances.
